By using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy. The terms may be updated from time to time; continuing to use the platform after changes are published is considered acceptance of the new terms.

Planner AI is an online platform for organizing events in Uzbekistan, finding venues and services, purchasing tickets, and managing volunteer applications. We connect organizers, participants, venue owners, and service providers.

To use some features, you need to create an account. The data you provide must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, as well as for all actions carried out through your account.

When creating an account, you may use sign-in with Google. If you notice unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

You must use the platform only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited: posting incorrect or false information, violating the rights of others, attempting to breach the security of the platform, distributing spam or malicious content, and fraud.

The content you post (events, reviews, images) must comply with the law and these terms. We reserve the right to remove content that violates the rules or to restrict an account.

Event organizers are responsible for their own events, prices, and terms. When purchasing tickets, the stated price and conditions apply.

Payments are made through the Click and Payme systems. Refund and cancellation terms depend on the policy of the relevant event organizer. The platform acts as a payment intermediary and is not directly responsible for disputes between an organizer and a participant.

The platform's name, logo, design, and software belong to Planner AI. Owners of content posted by users remain those users, but they grant the platform permission to use this content within the scope of providing the service.

The platform is provided "as is". We strive to operate without interruptions and errors as much as possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform is limited to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. The updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
