Privacy Policy

Sign in with Google (OAuth). When you sign in with your Google account, we receive the following data from Google: your Google account identifier, email address, first and last name, and profile picture. For this we use only the "email" and "profile" permissions.

Data you provide. During registration and use of the platform: name, email, phone number, profile picture, and the content you create (events, tickets, applications, reviews).

Automatically collected data. Technical records related to payments, tickets, and your activity on the platform.

We use the data we collect to create your account and sign you in (authentication), display your name and picture in your profile, provide you with services, notify you about events and tickets, and ensure the security of the platform.

Data obtained from Google is used only for these purposes. We do not use it for advertising or for training artificial intelligence (AI/ML) models.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary for the platform to operate:

Google — sign-in (authentication); Click and Payme — processing payments; Resend — sending email messages; ImgBB — storing uploaded images.

In addition, data may be disclosed where required by law or to fulfill a legal obligation.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption, passwords are stored in hashed form, and sessions are managed with JWT tokens.

Access to the data is limited to authorized personnel only and protected against unauthorized access.

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account or your data at any time.

When an account is deleted or a deletion request is submitted, your data will be completely deleted within 30 days (except in cases where retention is mandatory by law).
