Frequently asked questions
Open the event page and pick a ticket — free or paid. A ticket with a QR code appears in your account and a confirmation arrives by e-mail. One ticket per event.
Every ticket carries a unique QR code. At the entrance the organizer scans it on the check-in page — the ticket is marked as used and cannot be reused.
Sign up as an organizer (for events) or a supplier (for venues and services) and press “Create” in your dashboard. A moderator reviews the listing before it goes live: if it is rejected you see the reason, fix it and resubmit.
Registration and listing are free. For a fee, an event, venue or service can be shown higher in the catalog.
On the venue page pick the dates and send a booking request. Once it is confirmed you see the owner’s contacts and agree on the details directly.
Yes. The organizer can issue certificates to participants and volunteers — they are downloaded from the account. Any certificate can be verified by its code on the public verification page.
